Competencias digitales docentes para la integración ética y pedagógica de la inteligencia artificial en el aula

La incorporación de la inteligencia artificial en los procesos educativos exige una redefinición de las competencias digitales docentes, superando el dominio técnico de herramientas para integrar dimensiones pedagógicas, críticas, informacionales, éticas y evaluativas. Este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar, mediante una revisión bibliográfica de literatura científica reciente, las principales competencias requeridas por el profesorado para integrar la inteligencia artificial de manera responsable y efectiva en el aula. Se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa, documental y de revisión bibliográfica sistematizada, considerando publicaciones académicas entre 2021 y 2026. Los resultados evidencian que la alfabetización en inteligencia artificial, la integración pedagógica, la verificación de contenidos, el pensamiento crítico, la protección de datos, la integridad académica y la formación continua constituyen dimensiones esenciales para una implementación adecuada. Se concluye que la inteligencia artificial puede fortalecer la enseñanza y el aprendizaje cuando se utiliza con propósito pedagógico, supervisión crítica y criterios éticos. La mediación docente continúa siendo indispensable para contextualizar, validar y orientar el uso educativo de estas tecnologías emergentes. Asimismo, se requiere fortalecer políticas institucionales que acompañen su adopción responsable.
