Competencias digitales docentes y su influencia en la innovación de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje

El presente estudio analiza la influencia de las competencias digitales docentes en la innovación de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, considerando su impacto en la planificación, comunicación, evaluación, inclusión y desarrollo profesional. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo-analítico y documental, mediante la revisión de literatura científica reciente sobre competencia digital docente e integración pedagógica de tecnologías. Los resultados evidencian que el dominio tecnológico, cuando se articula con criterios pedagógicos, favorece experiencias de aprendizaje más flexibles, participativas y contextualizadas. Asimismo, se identificó que la innovación educativa depende de factores como la formación continua, la infraestructura, el apoyo institucional, la accesibilidad y la reflexión profesional. Los hallazgos también muestran que la tecnología, por sí sola, no garantiza transformaciones significativas en la enseñanza. Se concluye que fortalecer las competencias digitales docentes requiere una visión integral que combine conocimientos tecnológicos, capacidades pedagógicas y condiciones institucionales adecuadas para promover prácticas educativas sostenibles, inclusivas y orientadas a la mejora del aprendizaje en contextos contemporáneos.
