It should be taken into consideration that the teaching process of learning a language is not based solely on understanding the correct structure of grammar, and must additionally develop a number of articulation skills. One of the main skills that must be mastered is Speaking. Based on this, it is proposed as a reinforcement to know the way students learn to provide teachers with better methodological strategies. Therefore, the objective of this research is to propose methodological strategies to develop speaking skills in tour operators in the city of Guaranda. Therefore, the NLP survey of learning styles was applied to 25 tourism operator workers, which showed that there is no absolute majority for a learning style, despite the fact that the visual style is the majority with the kinesthetic style with a 40% of the total respondents, followed by 28% of students who have an auditory style, in third place is the visual style with 27%, no a predominant style is defined among the workers of the tour operators in the city of Guaranda due to the little variation that exists in the percentages given. And finally a body of strategies for the three styles mentioned above was proposed.
