Importancia de la Inteligencia Artificial en la administración de pequeñas y medianas empresas

La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) se ha consolidado como una herramienta estratégica para la modernización de la administración empresarial, especialmente en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES). El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia de la Inteligencia Artificial en la administración de las PYMES, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica narrativa con elementos sistemáticos. La metodología se basó en el análisis crítico de literatura científica proveniente de bases de datos académicas reconocidas, permitiendo identificar aportes teóricos, beneficios y desafíos asociados a la aplicación de la IA en la gestión administrativa. Los resultados evidencian que la Inteligencia Artificial contribuye significativamente a la eficiencia administrativa, la toma de decisiones gerenciales, la optimización de recursos y la mejora de la calidad del servicio. No obstante, también se identifican barreras relacionadas con la capacitación, los recursos financieros y la resistencia al cambio organizacional. Se concluye que la IA constituye un componente estratégico para fortalecer la competitividad y sostenibilidad de las PYMES.
