The objective of this article's research is to identify communication practices in digital media when they address the issue of migration between the United States and Mexico. The methodology that was used was a review of articles that will talk about the issue of the approach to migration in digital communication media. The findings allowed us to know how culture influences the perceptions of the different elite interest groups that establish narratives for their benefit, which invites us to continue investigating the subject for the search for a better just and democratic society.
